At By Old Money, we keep shipping simple and reliable. Here is what to expect, from order to delivery.
Every order ships free of charge. There is no minimum order value.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, the Czech Republic, Denmark, and Slovakia. We do not ship to other destinations at this time.
Processing: 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT are processed the next business day.
Delivery: 6 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Total estimate: Roughly 7 to 13 business days from order confirmation. These are estimates and can vary with your region, busy seasons, or customs processing.
Orders may be dispatched from a warehouse outside your delivery country or region, including from outside the European Union. Import duties, import VAT, customs charges, or carrier handling fees are not collected by By Old Money at checkout unless clearly stated during checkout.
If these charges apply, they may be requested by your local customs authority or delivery carrier before or during delivery. These charges are set by your local authorities or carrier, not by By Old Money, and are the customer's responsibility.
Any customs, import VAT, duties, or handling fees are separate from the product price and any amount paid to By Old Money at checkout.
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 to 48 hours. You can follow your parcel any time on our tracking page.
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please email support@byoldmoney.com within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos for any damage. We will look into it and help you put it right.
