At By Old Money, we want you to be happy with what you buy. If something is not right, our return process is clear and easy to follow.
Return Period: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Returns: For returns under our voluntary 30-day return policy, items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached and, where possible, in the original packaging.
Simple Process: To start a return, contact our support team by email with your order number and the reason for your return.
If you live in the United Kingdom, Ireland, or the European Union, this 30-day return policy is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal or cancellation. Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under local consumer law.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Change-of-mind returns: If you ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong item, or simply changed your mind, the return shipping cost is covered by you, unless local law says otherwise.
Please note: return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not refundable, unless required by applicable law.

Approval: We will confirm whether your return is approved and send you the next steps by email, including the return address or return instructions.
Pack your item: Pack the item securely, including any accessories, tags, and paperwork that came with it.
Return label: If we are responsible for the return shipping cost, we will provide a return label or return instructions. If the return shipping cost is your responsibility, we will explain the available return options.
Send it back: Post the item to the return address provided in your return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as the return address may differ from our registered business address.
Inspection: When your return arrives, we check that it meets the conditions above.
Refund: Once approved, we process your refund to the original payment method. For customers in the United Kingdom, Ireland, or the European Union, where statutory cancellation rights apply, we process eligible refunds within the timeframe required by applicable law. For other approved returns, we aim to process refunds within 7 business days after inspection.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
